The Restaurant La Robéyère, located in former stables, combines historic charm and a warm atmosphere. Its 18th-century vaulted room evokes a rich past, while the intimate bar and fireplace area invite you to socialize. The cuisine, prepared by the chef, showcases local seasonal products, such as vegetables from the Hautes-Alpes and trout from the Durance Valley, all labeled Hautes-Alpes Naturellement ®.
The restaurant is open every evening from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., except Sundays, with a bar accessible from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. The panoramic terrace offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding peaks.
